The 
                                    Secretary Bird receives its common name, 
                                    not from the popularly held idea that their 
                                    head feathers resemble the quill pens that 
                                    18th century clerks stuck into their wigs, 
                                    but from the Arabic saqu ettair 
                                    which translates into French to mean hunter-bird
