                                            is the smallest of the vultures 
                                            and only slightly larger than the 
                                            average crow. The pink skin of the 
                                            face and neck darkens when the birds 
                                            become excited or annoyed. Note 
                                            the extremely long eye lashes on 
                                            these birds.
