An American
Black Vulture sunbathing. These birds are
slightly smaller than their close cousins,
the Turkey Vultures. Both species may open
be found scavenging together. Though this
bird appears to be an all over black, white
wing sections are obvious when the bird
is sunbathing or in flight.
